Homeostasis Labs – all natural homeopathic relief

{ CAMPAIGN GOALS }
TO CREATE BRAND AWARENESS TO SUPPORT A RETAIL TEST
With a limited budget and a short timeframe (three moths) we needed to establish Homeostasis Labs as safe, all-natural homeopathic relief for the entire family, convey the brands quality and eco-friendly message points.

{ STRATEGY }
TO LAUNCH A TARGETED SOCIAL MEDIA CAMPAIGN WITH TOP INFLUENCERS
Creating consumer engagement with our key influencers was essential for the Homeostasis Labs brand. We developed brand and promotional message points to obtain product feedback, interacted with homeopathic experts to solicit opinions, as well as share information to build consumer relationships.

{ IMPLEMENTATION }
Created customized Facebook and Twitter platforms. Connected with homeopathic users, particularly in the younger age bracket (18-35). Traditional users trend older 45-55, but there was new data to suggest that a younger group were a growing target market.


Through giveaways and samplings, and a celebrity Oscar gifting event, consumers became very engaged with the brand, providing positive feedback about the efficacy of the Homeostasis Labs products. By reaching out to followers of a popular homeopathic line that had recently been pulled from the shelves, we were able to offer Homeostasis Labs as an alternative product for moms to try. The Homeostasis Labs brand gained significant awareness, developed a key group of satisfied and loyal consumers and increased both on-line and retail sales.

{ RESULTS }
The three month campaign results were:

• Homeostasis Labs Facebook fans surpassed 1,200
• Twitter followers exceeded 300
• On-line and retail sales increased

The campaign successfully generated a core group of influencers – ranging from celebrities and homeopathic experts to mothers really happy with the Homeostasis Labs children’s line. The platforms served as an effective resource for communicating with followers and fans.
