TO ESTABLISH A BRAND IDENTITY FOR MEDORA SNACKS
The brand name Medora, defined as a ‘Mother’s Gift’, was the foundation of the company’s philosophy to provide premium-quality, great tasting, all-natural snacks as a healthier alternative to mothers and their families.

{ STRATEGY }
TO LEVERAGE THE BRAND NAME AS WELL AS THE TREND FOR ‘HEALTHY SNACKS
Our strategy was to create a word-of-mouth buzz with sampling and PR initiatives to create demand for the product.

{ IMPLEMENTATION }
The use of ‘real food’ ingredients spoke to the authenticity of the brand as well as the trend among consumers towards ingredients they recognize, rather than chemicals they cannot pronounce. Medora’s no trans fats, lower fat, baked snacks were perfectly poised to ride the trend of healthier-for-you snacks. The website we created visually portrayed fresh “from the farm to the bag” taste and the personable copy from the founders – two moms – concerned about giving their families the best food choices, resonates with moms everywhere.

We put “Medora on the Map” with a sampling program in Medora, ND.
